What the site is

Sauna & Cold is a free directory of saunas, cold plunges and ice baths in the UK. We are not the operator of any listed venue and we don't take bookings. Any booking or purchase is between you and the venue.

Accuracy of listings

Listings are compiled from publicly available information. Venues open, close and change their facilities, hours and prices, so we can't guarantee that every listing is complete, current or accurate. Always check with the venue before you visit.

Ratings and review counts shown on the site are Google review scores as they stood when we collected them. They are not our own reviews and may have changed since.

If you run a listed venue and something is wrong, or you'd like your listing removed, email saunaandcold@weltodigital.com.

Health and safety

Saunas and cold water immersion put real strain on the body. They aren't suitable for everyone, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

• Speak to a doctor first if you have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, or are pregnant.
• Don't use a sauna or cold plunge after drinking alcohol, and stay hydrated.
• Cold water can cause cold water shock, which affects breathing and heart rate. Enter gradually, never swim alone in open water, and follow the venue's guidance on how long to stay in.
• Leave the heat or cold straight away if you feel dizzy, faint or unwell.

You use any venue at your own risk and are responsible for following its rules.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, submit other people's email addresses, or copy the directory in bulk by automated means.

The site's design, text and branding belong to Welto Limited. Venue names and trademarks belong to their owners. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors.

Liability

We provide the site free of charge and "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or of any venue listed on it, or from relying on information that turns out to be out of date. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited under English law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
